PRODUCT WARRANTY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Product, it will be replaced for you, exchanged for a product of the same value, or the total amount will be refunded, providing the Product is returned within 28 days of receipt. Cost of return shipping shall be your responsibility.

Your Product is warranted against faults and manufacture when used in normal domestic use for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

All products are despatched with a minimum of 3 months on their best before expiry date. For more detailed information about a specific items best before date, please email us before purchasing.

We undertake to repair or replace the Product at our option, at no charge, if found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period.

This warranty is only valid if the Product was purchased in Australia and imported by us.

This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, shipping accident, incorrect installation, no fault found with the Product or work carried out by anyone other than a service agent authorised by us.

Save as aforesaid, we shall not be under any liability, representation or warranty to you for any loss, injury to damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, suffered by you, or for loss of profits, or to give you contribution or indemnity, or otherwise, in respect of any loss, injury or damage arising from, or attributable to, any defect in the Product.

Our maximum liability arising from any Product sold by us shall not exceed the price of such Product.

Except for our obligations under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, no other warranties either express or implied by law are made with respect to your Product.

If you acquire the Product for business purposes, the guarantees and warranties in Competition and Consumer Act 2010 shall not apply in respect of those Products.

Please keep your receipt as this will authenticate your warranty.

PRICING POLICY

All prices stated are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

PRICE CHANGES

We reserve the right to change any advertised prices. These changes will not affect any order that is submitted before price changes are made.

PAYMENTS

We accept Mastercard and Visa and Paypal. Your order will be processed within 24 hours. Should credit card authorisation be unsuccessful, we will email you. Full payment will be debited from your nominated credit card or paypal account before the goods are dispatched to you.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

In the interests of reducing fraudulent use of the payment system we reserve the right to refuse or reject any order sent to us.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this time frame, we will notify you by email.

All Australian deliveries are made via domestic economy service at a flat rate.

UNABLE TO DELIVER

Deliveries are made to the physical address you provide at the time of order. Should we encounter any challenges in meeting the delivery requirements, we will notify you via email. You will then have the opportunity to either offer an alternative delivery address or opt to cancel your order, with a full refund processed on your behalf.

Stuart Alexander & Co Pty Limited assumes no liability for any misdeliveries or non-deliveries due to inaccurate address details provided by the customer. If we are notified promptly, and if timing permits, we will strive to amend the delivery details prior to dispatch.

Please be aware that we will make a single delivery attempt. If you are not present during this attempt, your package will be redirected to a nearby collection point, allowing you the convenience of collecting it at your earliest availability.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products and services are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any given moment. If we're unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or phone. In such cases, we will refund you for your order.

Please be aware: There may be occasions where an item shows as available at the time you place your order, but upon processing, it's found to be out of stock. In these scenarios, we will refund you for the unavailable items. We regret that we currently do not offer the option to back order items. Should you wish to repurchase the item once it's back in stock, you will need to place a new order. To ensure you're promptly notified when items are available again, we recommend signing up for our 'Back in Stock' notifications.
