Returns Policy

Time

All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this time frame, we will notify you by email.

Cost

All domestic deliveries within Australia are facilitated through a curated selection of reputable courier services, including Australia Post and Mainfreight. We determine the best courier for your order based on both delivery speed and the cost-effectiveness for your specific location. A standard flat rate of $20.00 applies to each order.

Refund/Replacement

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, it will either be replaced for you, exchanged for a product of the same value, or the total amount will be refunded, providing goods are returned within 28 days of receipt. Cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by receiving damaged items in your order. In order to assist you efficiently:

Please report the damages within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to shop@stalex.com.au.
Include clear photographs of the damaged items and specify the quantities affected.
Please understand that no claims can be recognized or processed if reported after the 24-hour window from delivery
